Terroir This is an easy going wine that deserves easy going food. Think cheese and meat platters, especially cured salamis and aged cow cheeses.
DUFT The nose is fruit-forward with dark berry fruit shining through.
STRUKTUR Expect fine, small bubbles in semi-sparkling Pet Nat that lifts those berry flavours in the mouth. This is a light bodied red but still packs in plenty of flavour and concentration.
