Made with 100% Malvasia delle Lipari grapes and macerated for 10 days which gives this wine an amber hue and a structured palate. The flavours are bold and there is a fair amount of body, which is balanced by a saline minerality and nice acidity. Yields are low for Nino, meaning his wines are in short supply, but massive demand. We’re delighted to be importing some of his incredible wines.

PAIRING Strong seafood flavours would work perfectly, such as scallops with bacon, mussels in white wine or even oysters.
