Sweeping across much of North west France is one of France’s most prized regions, the Loire Valley. This is a place that has taken organic, biodynamic and natural wines to heart, with some of the very best examples in the world coming from the region.
Soils are largely limestone which lends an intense minerality to the wines. Reds are crunchy, juicy and fresh whilst the whites range from light and zippy in Muscadet through to ageworthy and refreshing in Sancerre and rich and voluptuous in Vouvray.
