Story
Enrico is a young winemaker who is intimately acquainted with his vineyards. He calls them his gardens - in between rows of Nebbiolo he plants hedges, trees, and medicinal plants. They are alive, they are incredibly diverse and they are responsible for Enrico’s very special wines.
Enrico’s first priority is a healthy ecosystem. He’s fighting soil erosion by planting over 1000 trees. He will plant herbs and plants that fight vineyard pests by attracting predators, and absolutely no chemicals will ever be used.
Enrico knows what he wants, and he is going for it. His wines reflect this incredible dedication to the vineyards. He will talk to anyone and everyone about his vineyards - they are that special to him.
