Story
Nino Caravalgio makes his wines on Salina island, a volcanic archipelago just off the northern coast of Sicily. His family have been on this island for generations and not only make what is regarded the island’s best wines, but some of Sicily’s best too.
Nino’s father used to sell his grapes in bulk. When Nino inherited the winery, he moved towards organics, determined to make the best natural wines possible from his corner of Sicily. And we think he’s succeeded.
Yields are low for Nino, meaning his wines are in short supply, but massive demand. We’re delighted to be importing some of his incredible wines.
