Story
After 10 years of working in computer science, Laurent Herlin did what so many young people do and completely changed his career to immerse himself in a more simple, nature-driven way of living.
He established his winery in 2008 in the beautiful Bourgueil region of the Loire Valley and currently farms just 2.5 hectares of land which he tends to according to organic and biodynamic principles.
Laurent loves to experiment so expect different wines from him every year, in every style you could think of. Pet Nat, carbonic maceration, traditional barriques, he’s done the lot. A lot of fun and heart goes into his wines, but there is something he does take very seriously - his winemaking.
