WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE A sexy, juicy wine with an explosion of fruit flavours -strawberries, redcurrant, raspberries, black cherries. But this is more than just juice, this is a concentrated wine made with grapes from an old vineyard. It may be fun, but it’s still serious winemaking.
STRUCTURE The wine is very concentrated on the palate with tannins that turn it into a structured, dense, concentrated wine. In terms of flavours, think fresh cherries, black prunes with spicy notes.
PAIRING This wine would pair brilliantly with tomatoes, olive oil and rosemary. Why not try it with Italian Ossobucco?
