A fresh, fruity and funky Frizzante col Fondo from one of the natural wine world's most well-known names, Menti. Organic and biodynamically grown Garganega grapes are grown on volcanic soils high up in the Veneto hills. The fermenting juice is bottled before fermentation finishes, trapping bubbles inside the bottle. The wine is made with no added sulphites, is vegan friendly and has a fantastic nose of peach and apricots along with a palate of lemons and limes. It's a fresh, fun and exciting wine.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Stone fruits such as white peach and apricots dominate the nose of this sparkling wine, along with a touch of nutty, almonds.
STRUCTURE This is a classic Pet Nat with a fine mousse and easygoing flavours. Think lemons and limes to begin, with those stone fruit flavours dominating the finish.
