Local biodynamic red Blauburger and Rösler grapes undergo a short maceration then are bottled before the end of fermentation to trap the bubbles and turn it into a fabulous Pet Nat. This is a natural wine with no added sulphites, spontaneous fermentation and no fining or filtration. Vegan friendly.

- WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The nose is fruit-forward with dark berry fruit shining through.
- STRUCTURE Expect fine, small bubbles in semi-sparkling Pet Nat that lifts those berry flavours in the mouth. This is a light bodied red but still packs in plenty of flavour and concentration.
- PAIRING This is an easy going wine that deserves easy going food. Think cheese and meat platters, especially cured salamis and aged cow cheeses.
