100% organically grown Garganega - the grape variety of Soave - forms the backbone of this incredibly zesty white wine from natural winemaker Stefano Menti. The grapes are fermented and aged in concrete and is filled with flavours such as bitter almond, limes and lemons. Intense and concentrated whilst still linear and fresh, this is perfect for those of you who like fresh, light white wines.

- WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The palate of this wine is almost saline, with a minerality that is very common in wines of the region. Being 100% Garganega fermented in concrete, there are plenty of bitter almonds on the finish, and the wine has a zippy acidity that keeps things interesting (and mouthwatering). Intense and linear, but ripe at the same time.
- STRUCTURE Nuts and limes with a lemon-fresh touch.
- PAIRING This fresh white would cut through the richness of spinach and ricotta ravioli perfectly.
