  • WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE A complex nose of rose petals, spice and white pepper leap from the glass.
  • STRUCTURE Pink skinned Traminer is macerated with its juice for three weeks, then bottled with no added sulphites. The result is a deliciously full bodied wine with amazing concentration. The finish is long, the flavours are delicious, and similar to what was found on the nose.
  • PAIRING Traminer pairs well with spicy dishes - an aromatic Thai green curry would work well.
