Organic and biodynamically grown Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano, Grechetto, and Sangiovese are macerated for two days on skins before being aged in stainless steel. A textured, complex white with flavours of grilled oranges, lime and green figs. The wine is unfined and unfiltered, thus vegan friendly. Only a tiny amount of sufites are added. It will benefit from opening about 30 minutes prior to serving.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Intense flavours of grilled oranges, green figs, baked lemons and wild flowers.
STRUCTURE The wine is textured thanks to those few days the grapes spend on skins. An intense mouthfeel with a little grip on the palate. Deep and intense, the finish on this wine is very long indeed. Expect good acidity with flavours of candied peel, lemons and flowers.
PAIRING Tuscany is famous for its beans. A white bean, lemon zest, fresh tomatoes, and chicken stew would make a fantastic pairing.
