A delicious, glou-glou style of red wine made with organically grown Blaufrankisch grapes. The wine is naturally made with no added sulphites and no fining or filtration (thus vegan friendly). It's light with a fresh core of tart blackberries, woody herbs and ripe figs. Weinhof Haider are certified biodynamic and grow their old vines on the side of Lake Neusiedl, well regarded as one of the best regions for grapes in Austria.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Tart blackberries wrapped up in woody herbs with a touch of dark prunes and figs.
STRUCTURE This is a fresh wine with great acidity and structure that lifts up all those dark berry fruit flavours. It’s made naturally with no added sulphites so expect it to be a little hazy but characterful and fun.
PAIRING Charcuterie and cheese would make a fine match.
