Garganuda is a play on words from the grape Garganega and "nuda" which means naked in Italian. The name is an homage to this natural white wine made from 100% organic and biodynamically grown Garganega in the Soave region of northern Italy. A classic Soave nose of lemons and almonds follows through into a fresh, lively mouthfeel with an incredibly long finish. Balanced and delicious.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Plenty of bright citrus fruit along with the classic Soave nose of almonds and a touch of hazelnuts. There’s also some honey and chamomile flavours on the finish.
STRUCTURE Fresh and zippy with a concentrated palate of lemongrass, white flowers and bitter almond.
PAIRING Courgettes with parmesan and hazelnuts would stand up nicely to this concentrated wine.
