The palate is pure and precise with a powerful, concentrated finish. The grapes for this wine are grown on granitic soils which keeps the wine rounded and balanced. Drink now or age for 5 years or more.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Like so many Rieslings, the nose is smoky with petrol-like aromas. With some time in the glass, the wine develops pear and fresh apple aromas with a touch of tangerine.
STRUCTURE The first thing to expect is a zesty acidity, pure and precise. The texture is balanced however and almost velvety in the mouth. Flavours of tangerine and citrus dominate and there’s a powerful finish.
PAIRING This Riesling would perfectly pair with raw fish such as Peruvian ceviche dressed in coriander, or sushi and sashimi.
