STRUCTURE A short maceration period makes this wine fresh and balanced on the palate with plenty of finesse. Along with red fruit you’ll find earth and minerals and an energy you don’t find with every red wine.
PAIRING Pasta with spicy tomato sauce or Pizza with plenty of Italian sausage.
