Skin contact is short - around 7 days - before the wine is aged in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, bright, energetic Primitivo unlike anything else.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The nose packs in plenty of red fruit and blackberry flavours with a spicy undertone.
STRUCTURE A short maceration period makes this wine fresh and balanced on the palate with plenty of finesse. Along with red fruit you’ll find earth and minerals and an energy you don’t find with every red wine.
PAIRING Pasta with spicy tomato sauce or Pizza with plenty of Italian sausage.
