WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE An incredibly intense nose of nuts, yellow apple, pineapple, citrus zest and honey. The nose is complex and changeable and very inviting indeed.
STRUCTURE Deliciously sweet and mouth-filling but with that characteristic eiswein freshness that stops the palate from being cloying. The flavours linger long after you’ve finished with the glass!
PAIRING The creaminess of a vanilla panna cotta would pair perfectly with those honeyed flavours and rich texture.
