WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Fresh lemon juice, red apple, pear and even white floral notes such as elderflower leap from the glass.
STRUCTURE This is a light, zingy wine with plenty of freshness. There is texture too - a roundness that lingers well after the wine has finished.
PAIRING Grill some chicken in a fresh marinade of lemons and herbs, roast some potatoes and pair with this delightfully fresh wine.
