WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Juicy red fruits are not hard to find on the nose of this light, fresh red wine. Mediterranean herbs are also in the mix.
STRUCTURE This is a light red wine that could almost pass as a dark rose. But its freshness doesn’t mean it’s not bursting with bright cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit. There’s intense acidity which makes it both a fantastic food wine and a bottle to be drunk on its own.
PAIRING Roasted tomatoes folded into risotto would pair nicely with this zippy bottle.
