When we want a fun, exciting bottle of bubbles we always turn to Marco's pet-nat. This sparkling white wine is made from biodynamically grown Garganega, Glera, Muscat Blanc and Trebbiano grapes that are bottled prior to the end of fermentation. The result is a slightly hazy sparkling wine with flavours of lemons, green apples and almonds. Concentrated and vibrant, this is a natural wine with plenty of zest and freshness.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE We’re talking the freshest of lemons, green apples and almonds on the nose of this fizzy, fun wine.
STRUCTURE The fizz is nicely balanced on the mouth, and those hedgerow, citrus and nut flavours from the nose shine through. The wine is light in structure but still concentrated and vibrant. The finish is long and begs for another glass.
PAIRING Prepare a platter of fresh cheeses, cured meats and grilled vegetables and pair with Barbabolla for a perfect aperitif.
