Certified organic Catarratto grapes grown just outside Palermo in Sicily form the backbone of Natalia's beautiful white wine. The wine sees 24 hours maceration on skins which lends texture as well as flavours of fresh lemons, green apples and fresh almonds. The wine spends 9 months in stainless steel which preserves its freshness and zippy acidity. Incredible natural wine by Natalia Simeti.
