Organic Nero D'Avola grapes are macerated for 24 hours before being aged in stainless steel for 6 months with no added sulphites. The result is a deeply-hued natural wine with concentrated strawberry, cherry and raspberry flavours.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Plenty of wild strawberries, red cherries and raspberries are to be found on the nose, along with a pleasant herbal note.
STRUCTURE Nero D’Avola grapes are macerated for 24 hours before being aged in stainless steel for six months with no added sulphites. The result is a beautifully deep pink hued wine. On the palate it’s dry with plenty of those strawberry and cherry flavours shining through.
PAIRING This rosé has enough structure to pair nicely with shellfish and oily fish, such as sardines or langoustines in garlic butter.
