If you like your white wines rich and textured, Cave Vinum is for you. Mas de Libian are one of the Rhone Valley's most well-respected organic winemakers. They have also been biodynamic since 2005. Cave Vinum is made with a blend of Clairette, Roussanne and Viognier grapes. 20% of the wine has been aged in old oak barrels which gives it a lively yet rounded and full bodied palate. Expect concentrated flavours of white peach, yellow apples and apricots that go on and on.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Aromas of white peach and yellow apples jump out from the nose. There is a freshness from a hint of lemon too thanks to the north-facing vines.
STRUCTURE The wine is pretty lively at first, with a zesty acidity on the palate. There is also plenty of body and a soft texture. It’s full of energy and the finish is super fresh - a bottle that will disappear before you know it!
PAIRING Refreshing Greek food such as tomato salad and tzatziki would be perfect.
