Garganuda è un gioco di parole tra l'uva Garganega e"nuda", che in italiano significa nudo. Il nome è un omaggio a questo vino bianco naturale ottenuto da Garganega 100% biologica e biodinamica coltivata nella regione del Soave, nel nord Italia. Il classico naso da Soave, con limoni e mandorle, si prolunga in una bocca fresca e vivace, con un finale incredibilmente lungo. Equilibrato e delizioso.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Plenty of bright citrus fruit along with the classic Soave nose of almonds and a touch of hazelnuts. There’s also some honey and chamomile flavours on the finish.
STRUCTURE Fresh and zippy with a concentrated palate of lemongrass, white flowers and bitter almond.
PAIRING Courgettes with parmesan and hazelnuts would stand up nicely to this concentrated wine.
