Se vi piacciono i vini bianchi ricchi e strutturati, Cave Vinum fa per voi. Mas de Libian è uno dei produttori di vino biologico più apprezzati della Valle del Rodano. Dal 2005 sono anche biodinamici. Il Cave Vinum è prodotto con un blend di uve Clairette, Roussanne e Viognier. Il 20% del vino è stato invecchiato in vecchie botti di rovere che gli conferiscono un palato vivace ma rotondo e corposo. Aspettatevi sapori concentrati di pesca bianca, mela gialla e albicocca che non finiscono mai.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Aromas of white peach and yellow apples jump out from the nose. There is a freshness from a hint of lemon too thanks to the north-facing vines.
STRUCTURE The wine is pretty lively at first, with a zesty acidity on the palate. There is also plenty of body and a soft texture. It’s full of energy and the finish is super fresh - a bottle that will disappear before you know it!
PAIRING Refreshing Greek food such as tomato salad and tzatziki would be perfect.
