Il Rousanne è uno dei principali vitigni bianchi della Savoia e costituisce la base di questo splendido vino naturale e biodinamico. Le uve provengono da alcuni dei vigneti più pregiati della Savoia e conferiscono al vino un bel naso di mele gialle, pesca bianca e limone. Al palato è rotondo e piuttosto ricco, ma comunque equilibrato, come tutti i buoni vini della Savoia. André e Daniel Genoux lavorano con interventi minimi e i loro vigneti non sono mai stati trattati con sostanze chimiche di sintesi.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE A pretty nose of yellow apples, white peach, lemon cream and apricot. You’ll also find a hint of white pepper which adds interest and complexity against those creamy aromatics.
STRUCTURE This wine has the classic Rousanne texture - rich and rounded with balanced acidity. The flavours are complex but dominated by white peach and a touch of bitter almond. It’s almost too easy to go back for a second glass!
PAIRING This would pair perfectly with grilled scallops on leeks, or with stronger flavours such as goat and hard cheeses.
