L'insolito vitigno Tempranillo Blanco è il protagonista di questo fresco e leggero vino bianco di Juan Carlos Sancha, nella Rioja. Il vino è leggero e floreale, con sapori di limone, pompelmo e mela verde. Le uve sono coltivate biologicamente sulle colline della Rioja Alta, probabilmente la più prestigiosa delle sottoregioni della Rioja.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE A nose filled with fresh fruits, lemon, some grapefruit and green apples.
STRUCTURE There is zesty acidity to be found in this wine thanks to the vineyards being at 500 metres altitude. On the palate, the flavours are pineapple-like with fresh lemon on the finish.
PAIRING This is the very definition of an easy going white wine, not to be taken too seriously. The name “Ad Libitum” actually means “be free to do what you want” so we’d suggest you follow its instructions! It would make a lovely aperitif, designed to be shared with lovely people.
