Il più corposo dei vini arancioni di Joan è il Nimi Tossal. Prodotto con uve Moscatel 100% biologiche provenienti da vecchie vigne (circa 40-60 anni), questo vino subisce una lunga macerazione sulle bucce seguita da 12 mesi in botti di rovere americano. Il lungo invecchiamento si traduce in sapori di caramello, arancia, biscotto, miele e mela con un'incredibile concentrazione e lunghezza.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE This is a wine with a seriously complex nose. Honey, apple, caramel, orange biscuit, you’ll find it all. There’s even a touch of exotic fruit such as mango and agrumes, with a touch of white flowers.
STRUCTURE This is a dense and rich white wine thanks to a long maceration and oak fermentation and ageing. The wine has tannins and structure that is balanced with a smoothness on the palate and lively acidity. Those flavours from the nose follow through with a creamy, exotic palate that goes on forever.
PAIRING It can either be drunk on its own or with mature cheeses or spicy Asian dishes.
