Il vino è ottenuto da vecchie viti di Traminer coltivate con metodo biologico ed è imbottigliato senza solfiti aggiunti. Il risultato è un vino arancione divertente, con aromi di petali di rosa, spezie e pepe bianco.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE A complex nose of rose petals, spice and white pepper leap from the glass.
STRUCTURE Pink skinned Traminer is macerated with its juice for three weeks, then bottled with no added sulphites. The result is a deliciously full bodied wine with amazing concentration. The finish is long, the flavours are delicious, and similar to what was found on the nose.
PAIRING Traminer pairs well with spicy dishes - an aromatic Thai green curry would work well.
