Questo incredibile vino arancione è prodotto con uve Moscatel 100% biologiche che vengono fatte macerare sulle bucce per 6 mesi in anfora, conferendogli una tonalità arancione. Le viti sono vecchie - circa 40-60 anni di età - e questo conferisce concentrazione all'imbottigliamento finale. I sapori sono decisi: bergamotto, fiori di sambuco e limone. Nimi Gerra non ha solfiti aggiunti ed è vegano.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE This has a strong Moscatel nose with intense flavours of elderflower, lemon and bergamot. There is also some fruit in there, particularly melon and green apple.
STRUCTURE Tannins are present thanks to the short time this wine spends on skins. There are plenty of aromatics (particularly bergamot) and lots of power to the structure. This is a wine that can age (another two years in bottle would be perfect), but we also say it’s great now too!
PAIRING This is a summer wine. Drink it with raw fish with citrus seasoning.
