Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano, Grechetto e Sangiovese, coltivati biologicamente e biodinamicamente, sono macerati per due giorni sulle bucce prima di essere affinati in acciaio. È un bianco strutturato e complesso, con sapori di arance grigliate, lime e fichi verdi. Il vino è non filtrato e non raffinato, quindi adatto ai vegani. Viene aggiunta solo una piccola quantità di sufiti. Si consiglia di aprirlo circa 30 minuti prima di servirlo.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Intense flavours of grilled oranges, green figs, baked lemons and wild flowers.
STRUCTURE The wine is textured thanks to those few days the grapes spend on skins. An intense mouthfeel with a little grip on the palate. Deep and intense, the finish on this wine is very long indeed. Expect good acidity with flavours of candied peel, lemons and flowers.
PAIRING Tuscany is famous for its beans. A white bean, lemon zest, fresh tomatoes, and chicken stew would make a fantastic pairing.
