Questo vino è un Gruner Veltliner al 100% fermentato sulle bucce che gli conferiscono una brillante tonalità arancione. Si aspetta sapori di pesca matura, pera, pepe bianco e mela, con un palato e un finale concentrati. Le vecchie viti che danno vita a questo vino hanno fino a 70 anni e crescono nella sottoregione di Traisental, dove il Grunter Veltliner prospera particolarmente bene.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Gruner Veltliner has been fermented on skin which gives this wine a ripe peach, pear and apple nose with a touch of classic Gruner Veltliner savourines - think white pepper and salad leaves.
STRUCTURE A lively wine, filled with bubbles that lifts all those flavours found on the nose. The flavours are fresh and light but long and concentrated at the same time, which leaves a lingering finish that goes on much longer than the last sip.
PAIRING The characterful flavours and bubbles would pair with beetroot and goat’s cheese tartlets perfectly.
