Cristiano non utilizza additivi nella sua cantina, il che significa che non ci sono solfiti aggiunti ed è naturalmente vegano. Il contatto con le bucce è breve - circa 7 giorni - prima che il vino venga affinato in acciaio inox. Il risultato è un Primitivo fresco, brillante ed energico, diverso da qualsiasi altro.

STRUCTURE A short maceration period makes this wine fresh and balanced on the palate with plenty of finesse. Along with red fruit you’ll find earth and minerals and an energy you don’t find with every red wine.
