Le uve Sangiovese coltivate in modo biologico e biodinamico sono invecchiate in grandi botti di rovere vecchio per 22 mesi per ottenere questo splendido Rosso di Montalcino. Le uve provengono in realtà dai siti di Brunello di Montalcino della tenuta. Gli aromi includono prugne, erbe legnose e balsamiche. Il palato è fortemente concentrato, con un'acidità ben calibrata e un'abbondante tenuta dei tannini. È un vino naturale degno di essere invecchiato, che può essere conservato fino a 10 anni.

STRUCTURE All Sangiovese grapes for this wine are from Brunello di Montalcino vineyards, but are aged for less time - around 22 months in barrel. The result is a ripe but characterful wine with strong tannins that are well balanced with fruit and well-judged acidity.
PAIRING Something classic from the region would work well with this wine, such as Ribollita (hearty vegetable soup) or mushroom risotto.
