Quando vogliamo una bottiglia di bollicine divertente ed emozionante ci rivolgiamo sempre al pet-nat di Marco. Questo vino bianco frizzante è ottenuto da uve Garganega, Glera, Moscato Bianco e Trebbiano coltivate in modo biodinamico e imbottigliate prima della fine della fermentazione. Il risultato è uno spumante leggermente torbido con aromi di limoni, mele verdi e mandorle. Concentrato e vibrante, è un vino naturale con molta scorza e freschezza.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE We’re talking the freshest of lemons, green apples and almonds on the nose of this fizzy, fun wine.
STRUCTURE The fizz is nicely balanced on the mouth, and those hedgerow, citrus and nut flavours from the nose shine through. The wine is light in structure but still concentrated and vibrant. The finish is long and begs for another glass.
PAIRING Prepare a platter of fresh cheeses, cured meats and grilled vegetables and pair with Barbabolla for a perfect aperitif.
