Un bel rosso naturale prodotto con uve Barbera coltivate a La Morra, una zona di grande prestigio del Piemonte, nel nord Italia. I vigneti sono biologici dagli anni '70 e ora si stanno orientando verso la biodinamica. I sapori sono quelli tipici della Barbera - frutti rossi e noce moscata - con un palato concentrato. Le uve sono state macerate solo per un breve periodo di tempo in acciaio inox per preservare la freschezza e mantenere la facilità di beva.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Red fruits are the first flavour that springs from the glass - red cherries, wild raspberries and strawberries. There’s also a hint of baking spices such as nutmeg.
STRUCTURE This has a classic Barbera palate of red fruits and concentrated flavours. The structure is relatively light (for Barbera at least) thanks to a short maceration of the fruit and ageing time in stainless steel. Fresh, fruity and easy to drink.
PAIRING Grab some pizzas - especially with meaty toppings - and a couple of friends.
