Il risultato è un vino rosso fresco e naturale, più leggero - e quindi più facile da bere - di molti Nebbioli delle Langhe, con sapori di prugne e more. Come per molti Nebbioli, questo vino può essere invecchiato per diversi anni.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The fruit is what you find most on this nose - plums and blackberries in particular. There is also a hint of roses and black cherries.
STRUCTURE 100% Nebbiolo is kept on skins for just nine days before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for ageing. The result is a light style of Nebbiolo that has balanced tannins, fresh acidity and packs a punch.
PAIRING The acidity in this wine would cut through rich sauces nicely - try Italian sausages stewed with tomatoes, served on polenta.
