La Garganega, il vitigno del Soave, coltivato al 100% con metodo biologico, costituisce la spina dorsale di questo vino bianco incredibilmente vivace dell'enologo naturale Stefano Menti. Le uve sono fermentate e affinate in cemento ed è ricco di sapori come la mandorla amara, il lime e il limone. Intenso e concentrato, ma allo stesso tempo lineare e fresco, è perfetto per chi ama i vini bianchi freschi e leggeri.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The palate of this wine is almost saline, with a minerality that is very common in wines of the region. Being 100% Garganega fermented in concrete, there are plenty of bitter almonds on the finish, and the wine has a zippy acidity that keeps things interesting (and mouthwatering). Intense and linear, but ripe at the same time.
STRUCTURE Nuts and limes with a lemon-fresh touch.
PAIRING This fresh white would cut through the richness of spinach and ricotta ravioli perfectly.
