Il vino è prodotto in modo naturale, senza solfiti aggiunti e senza filtrazione o affinamento (quindi è vegano). È leggero, con un nucleo fresco di more aspre, erbe legnose e fichi maturi. I Weinhof Haider sono certificati biodinamici e coltivano le loro vecchie vigne sulle rive del lago di Neusiedl, considerato una delle migliori regioni vinicole dell'Austria.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Tart blackberries wrapped up in woody herbs with a touch of dark prunes and figs.
STRUCTURE This is a fresh wine with great acidity and structure that lifts up all those dark berry fruit flavours. It’s made naturally with no added sulphites so expect it to be a little hazy but characterful and fun.
PAIRING Charcuterie and cheese would make a fine match.
