WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE The nose is fruit-forward with dark berry fruit shining through.
STRUCTURE Expect fine, small bubbles in semi-sparkling Pet Nat that lifts those berry flavours in the mouth. This is a light bodied red but still packs in plenty of flavour and concentration.
PAIRING This is an easy going wine that deserves easy going food. Think cheese and meat platters, especially cured salamis and aged cow cheeses.
