Questo Gewurztramnier biologico e biodinamico è stato invecchiato in gran parte in vecchie demi-muid (grandi botti di rovere), secondo lo stile tradizionale dei vini alsaziani. Il naso è quello classico del Gewurztraminer, con note di litchi, caramelle alla rosa e papaya. Il palato di questo vino bianco è rotondo e concentrato, come tutti i buoni Gewurztraminer dovrebbero essere. Il potenziale di invecchiamento di questo vino è fantastico: potrebbe invecchiare almeno altri 5 anni.

WHAT IT SMELLS LIKE Classic Gewürztraminer with flavours like a spice bazaar - think lychees, rose candies and papaya, even a touch of buttery pastry. There is also elderflower which gives a refreshing lift to the nose.
STRUCTURE This is a wine with residual sugar, but it’s well balanced with the acidity. The flavours are fresher than some Gewurtz, with similar notes to the nose of lychees, lemon peel and elderflower
PAIRING The sweetness of this wine is a perfect pair with spicy and aromatic dishes such as Thai or Indian cuisine.
